Take 2 tablespoons of Aalgo, 100% seaweed powder, add to a luke warm bath…. soak in the bath.
Just pat yourself dry, there is no need to rub. Wait for about an hour before applying moisturiser.
Bath daily until you skin is soft and supple, then have one to two baths a week to keep it that way.

The sun dries and damages skin but we do need vitamin D and just 10 minutes in the sun daily will give us our required amount. Be careful to always wear a hat and do not let the sun on your face. Research is starting to show that covering the skin is essential.

How to use for Aching Joints:
Mix Aalgo powder with hot water into a paste, apply to the joint and the area all around it. Cover with cling film and wrap with a towel. Leave on for about half an hour and rinse off.
It does not matter how long you leave the paste on a joint.
Do this daily until all the swelling has gone and do as often as you need to keep mobile.
For arthritis you need to use the paste every day as it only keeps the pain at bay for 24 hours.
If you can get into a bath have a fairly hot bath with 2 large serving spoons of Aalgo dissolved in it – when you get out just pat yourself dry this will kill all joint pain especially in the hips and shoulders.
Ensure the temperature of the bath water is not too hot to damage your skin.
